Within the EPIC project, partners are encouraged to launch a campaign to promote foster care as an alternative form of integration and care for unaccompanied migrant children.
Accem, in Spain, created a campaign to invite families and individuals to help with and support the social, educational and professional development of migrant children and youth.
Aisha, Hamza and Abdul are teenagers. At this crucial stage in their lives, they need the accompaniment of an adult to strengthen their integration in the host country. Although Aisha, Hamza and Abdul are here without their families, they are teenagers like others, with the same concerns and needs of their age. The support of an adult, as well as role models, are necessary at this stage of transition and social integration.
The campaign is promoted on social media, on the Accem website, though emailing and, notably, on a street campaign designed by JCDecaux
